What is a Design and Access Statement |

It is now a requirement for all planning applications to be accompanied by such a statement which sets out how the proposals respond to the site and policy context and this should include how the project has responded to the Inclusive Design Agenda. This site will be enhanced in the near future to provide more focus on Access. |
